The Optimus 3D was the first ever modern dual-core to become commercially available, and its US version the T-Mobie G2x is the first dual-core announced for T-Mo, so it deserves your attention despite the AT&T buyout, which will not materialize any time soon...

just wanted to point out that tmobile usa carries the HTC G2, not the HTC Dezire Z which actually has Sence on it.

the waisted space is probably for ports n such internally. im sure there is a reason. cell phones are very tightly compacted on the inside.

the 3d wasn't the first, it was the 2x, right at the top of the second paragraph
