Currently pre-installed out of the box with the Nokia 701, 700 and 603, All About Symbian says that the OS will be sent out as an update for Nokia models such as the N8, E7, X7, C6-01, C7, Oro, E6, and Nokia 500; the update will come early in 2012...

AAS's assessment makes sense. The N8's Belle is already available for download via NAVIFIRM. I imagine the slight delay is necessary to ensure normal OTA/Nokia Suite update processes go smoothly for existing users. Seems the N8 will be rolled out first, based on Belle being ready across most product codes in NAVIFIRM.

I'm using Belle on my N8 already. I know Nokia is primarily delaying the update because the want consumers to either upgrade to the available Belle phones in the market or Windows phones which I believe no N8 user would never want to do as all new Nokia phones now look much of a downgrade when compared to N8. Since I have already bought Galaxy SII, I now use my N8 as a feature phone and to take night pictures with the hope that Nokia bring some excitement or I finally say my own GOODBYE without looking back!
