A Swatch smartwatch, with Android Wear and where you could select your favourite clock face choosing between faces based on the real Swatch clocks from the 80's to today would sell like a hot cake, and if I were a manager at Swatch I would have started production the day after Android Wear's release.
Instead, I bet they'll make something useless, with a proprietary interface, hard to use and limited, trying to differentiate from Android Wear in a moment where they should do exactly the opposite: embrace it.
They already have the items to differentiate: the brand and the clocks they have produced in the last 30 years.
