TracFone has something up its sleeve in the form of StraightTalk which offers a competitive unlimited voice and messaging plan for only $45...

The only problem with this is that Tracfone has HORRIBLE, I repeat HORRIBLE customer service

Why do people NEED unlimited voice service. I understand if you manage your job or something thru your phone but if you dont have a business, you dont need so many minutes. Data Unlimited is very acceptable and so is Txt messaging. Sprint's plan is great. 450 minutes, free after 7 and txt, data, gps, tv, radio and picture mail is unlimited, for only 70 bucks, forget metro piece of s***, I'm good with Sprint!

I just got the new Samsung phone with the slider keyboard and I LOVE IT!!! There were so many choices in phones on the website, heck they even had a touch screen phone available. 45 bucks a month for unlimited everything basically, can't go wrong with that.

Back in July of 2009, I was tired of using AT&T as my cell phone service provider and decided to do research in order to find the best phone that would suit my needs. In my research, I came across this website and read that the Tracfone customer service and phones were horrible. I decided to continue my research and read through other reviews. After much thought, and a couple months - (as I always take FOREVER to make decisions)...I decided to try out StraightTalk by Tracfone around October. Let me tell you, this has been the BEST decision I have made in a long time. I have saved SO much money & on the contrary to the reviews above, there is a good selection of phones and I haven't had any problems or the NEED to call customer service! For $45 a month, I get UNLIMITED text & UNLIMITED talk...you really can't beat that. Good job Tracfone! Job well done!
