Nokia Lumia 928 was the biggest disappointment I've witnessed in awhile. The only good thing I got out of it was the speakers and the Xenon flash. It's a hyped phone.

nothing lives up to the hype, look at the gs4, overly hyped by both samsung and certain fanboys but it doesnt live up to it
hype always leaves room for disappointment, so you must have been disappointed about quite a few devices so far

The Lumia 928 is just a verizon based 920 so I don't see the disappointment whatsoever, the Catwalk/EOS and Phablet which nokia has planned to take on the Note 3 will pretty much take the platform to the next level. I'd be swapping my 920 in a heartbeat if the aluminium Nokia phone has that 41 megapixel sensor or even the 6 inch phablet.
As for the S4, it isn't half bad at all. I'm pre-ordering it from Isme or Very. After I had a play with my cousins's S4 for about a half hour and did gaming to texting to browsing (using the eye scroll feature) and using the camera and was impressed at how zippy it felt compared to my note 2 with all the added gimmicks, few hiccups here and there with occasional lag but Samsung will very likely be ironing these bugs out through a major firmware update.

first thumbs down system need an overhaul, we should be allowed to see who's thumbing people down
ok so i never said anything was bad about any device just hype always kills a phone. it cant live to the expectations when people build it up to hieghts it wont reach
the EOS is the only phone im lookin too, as its the only real upgrade for my 808 if rumors are true. as for the s4 well its a good phone no doubt but its living off the s3's rep really. theres always going to be bugs though but with fanboys on here not able to accept this the s4 will get ripped apart when problems are found......same for all devices that have a cult following

It's all in your expectations. The Lumia 928 has been leaking for weeks, so nothing about the device surprised me, but it didn't disappoint me either. The only thing that might have disappointed readers is that it's thick plastic like the 920, and the thin aluminum Lumia (925) is a different device.
