Apple trials against Samsung on "the look and feel" Apple changed to "design patent" that will charged Samsung $30-40 per phones produced. It was very costly and Samsung couldn't afford to charged consumers. Apple was trying make money from thin air. The Patent office was very stupid to awarded anything in concept forms.
