Microsoft is on stage now, announcing Windows 8/RT, and it quickly throwed in some stats about the RT version that might sway you towards using it. While there will be just a few thousand apps at launch that are compatible with it, Microsoft mentioned that the store is the largest for any ecosystem so far at launch, and thousands of apps will be added each week. Recently it said the goal is to have 100,000 quality apps by February...

Microsoft did a great job bringing the computer experience and placing it in our hands in the form of a tablet. My hat is definitely off to them!

I am going to make a bold prediction.... Everyone has noticed that iOS is tiresome and boring... I will put money down that the next version of iOS will be redesigned to bring a more MAC OS feel to the users. Maybe even copy Microsofts idea and bridge the two together. You heard it first!
