WOW LOOK AT SPRINT....ALWAYS ADVERTISING SPRINT SPEED....THE SPEED OF LIGHT....AND NOW THEY HAVE THEIR FIRST PHONE ON A HIGH SPEED NETWORK....WHICH IS STILL WAY SLOWER THAN THE SPEED OF LIGHT. THATS JUST INCREDIBLE, MAYBE I SHOULD CALL MY MOMMA!!!

I don't remember caring. While Sprint left me in the dark with their speed of light service...I switched to Verizon. Go figure, only sprint could annouce a failed product with launch of a new product. That's like anouncing your divorce of a model and annoucing the engagment of a fat chick!

I always enjoy when misinformed teenagers post on this website, its usually because they are grossly misinformed or just think they know everything about phones, and then just make an idiot out of themselves. T-huff, if you read closely, before just defaming sprint, perhaps you would see that they are the FIRST company to put a REV A device on a CDMA network. this doesn't mean it wasn't previously high speed, because in case you are new to this whole cell phone thing EV-DO is highspeed date packet transfer. they already had that, its just faster now.

Sprint may have launched it first but don't forget that sprints rev a coverage doesn't even cover half of their ev-do network about 108 million people in the u.s. of their 230 million ev-do coverage. And Verizon is coming out with a rev a pda phone soon and vzw's rev a network covers their entire ev-do network, 240 million peeps.
