Sprint to release BlackBerry Bold 9650 on May 16th?

This article contains unofficial information.
Most of the leaks and news involving the BlackBerry Bold 9650 seems to deal with the Verizon variant of the phone. However, there is a possibility that Sprint will be the first of the two carrier's to launch the sequel to the Tour 9630. A leaked photo of Sprint's newly updated hotlist shows the 9650 as having a release date of May 16th while Big Red has no confirmed launch date for the unit. The handset will have some improvements over the Tour by having Wi-Fi enabled on the device, offering an optical trackpad instead of the old school trackball, and coming out of the box with BlackBerry OS 5.0. For Sprint customers looking to upgrade their current Tour 9630, getting first crack at the new model would be welcome news, indeed.

Good for BB fans. For the rest of us, where's the EVO? EVO delivered early and Android 2.1 updates for existing phones is pretty much the only thing people want to hear.

Tour 2 might be different than Bold, but deffinately in May. the way it was explained to me from an insider source, is the tour 2 will be out in may and than sprint will also be picking up a bold, like the 9700. Not sure if this is just a misunderstanding or factual.
