Wow, ballsy. Gotta admit, they make a few good points -- not everybody feels like dropping $400 one a phone with sub-par 3G.

im sorry guys but when i make calls on my iphone, i constantly get static and have to make people repeat themselves... att does not have the best coverage... i also have a sprint touch and my calls are so much clearer here in new jerzey... also the iphone is so boring unless it is jailbroken, nobody can compete with sprints data and features in a phone- sprint tv, sprint music store, live search with gps on most phones, on demand, rev. a speeds (soon to be wimax), no need for wifi...

you guys are brainwashed lol.. The iphone has the best touch screen and the best media player thats it... The iphone does a poor job in every other aspect of being a modern cell phone... no instant messaging, 3g, picture mail, video recording, games, cut and paste feature, removable memory, removable battery, 3rd party apps, stereo bluetooth, voice recognition, push email, tv service, ota music downloads, I bet there are more... The iphone is great and revolutionary but it is NOT the best phone out especially overseas... All of those features I named are available in phones that are FREE on ANY network... The instinct is a much better phone for a power user like me.. but I would reccomend iphone for someone who carries a full ipod and just needs a basic phone

I had at&t for about 9 years and never had a problem. I switched to sprint about 2 years ago because of their cheaper rate plans. I had many many problems with sprint billing which has cleared up and i am very happy with sprint, ive never had a problem with signal....roaming is free so no matter where i go in the US i always have coverage. I just wish sprint was gsm or at&t would put mms on the iphone....the best phone i have ever seen by far.Until then i am a happy and a loyal customer to sprint and recommend to everyone i talk to...I am a real phone junkie...lol

That's good that people are able to take the loan and this opens new opportunities.
