At the Sprint HQ many had to have a different carrier because they got no signal. This was 4 months ago, dunno about now.

Yo I can't believe I jus read every comment... Lol but all of you make ur strong points... I jus got my Palm Pre and very satisfied, to tell you the truth I went from a windows mobile device to an iPhone a couple of months ago... I had to try it out at least, within about 5 months I cancelled my Att contract and got rid of my iPhone and went bk to a Touch Pro... Main reasons- no Slingplayer, no multitasking, no keyboard, dropped calls, no video recorder, delete one text message and honeslty I can go on but don't feel like it... Believe me I wanted to keep the phone but it just didn't fit my needs... Now that I have the Pre I am completly satisfied, the only complaint I have is that there is no sd card slot and no video recorder but they should have one soon... Otha than that this is by far the best phone I have ever used... There is no need to even go into pricing... Anyways Pre owners please tell me what you think of the phone so far

I'm with you Mali. I'm definitely happy with this phone. I have a family plan and jumping ship to AT&T is an automatic extra $30 bucks a month and only half the minutes. And there are even rumors the pricing will go up for iPhone users if they want their precious MMS and tethering. Ridiculous. I think the iPhone is awesome. But honestly, I don't think the iPhone is so awesome that I'm willing to pay way more money to have such a nice phone on an unreliable network. Sprint and Verizon's CDMA network is fantastic. 3G speed is super fast where I am and you just can't beat the prices Sprint offers. It's a no brainer with the Pre. It has lots to offer that the iPhone or any other phone can not match.

I work for att and hate it, I have sprint and it is way better than att, better more reliable phones. Also cheapest plans. Att cant compare to the phones Sprint sells.
