Sprint planning to bring the HTC EVO View 4G to $199 the week after Christmas?

Already this past week alone, we’ve seen the HTC EVO View 4G for Sprint reduced in price to the under $250 price point, which is fantastic seeing that’s the outright cost you’ll need to pay to pick it up – and yeah, no need to sigh a contract with it...

If they are smart it'll be without a contract to compete with the Kindle Fire and other 7 inch 200 dollar tablets.

For the sole purpose of playing with, if you go with the View and I'd add the $79.99 Scribe Pen. I can see testing out the drawing capabilities but would see myself mainly using it in class for notes.
Don't get me wrong, a laptop would still be ideal for me, but I'm not forking over another couple thousand to Alienware for a laptop version of my new desktop.
