Coolify is a gorgeous app that handles a very specific duty - keeping your device temperature normal - with minimum user input. Yes, it's another one of those one-click optimization apps, the ones that knowledgeable users usually approach with a sceptic "does it even work" mentality. But, surprisingly enough, it does what it says on the tin! Not only it looks cool, it keeps cool.
Coolify approaches its task with a battery and CPU-friendly algorithm that sees about 80 system values optimized in real-time. It is built upon a compilation of essential scripted tweaks for more efficient graphics, battery, CPU and operating system performance. Somehow, the app never touches CPU frequencies and governors, but rather improves Android's inner workings. Still, this isn't a speed booster app, mind you, or one that disables a whole bunch of connectivity and services like some battery savers do.
Coolify is many complicated concepts at once, made impressively simple as to not confuse the end user. What matters most is that those who've tried it boast of lower temperatures and better battery performance in intense tasks, such as gaming. We wish we could tell you more about how exactly the app works, but it seems the developer would like to keep the minute details a secret. Anyway, Coolify is free, and the only obstacle you have to go through is rooting your device.
