Given the rather substantial/important other announcements today, THIS is considered 'news worthy'... Really ?

Anyway... That's nice Apple, now how about a price drop (to around US 349.00) for that 5c?

Eh, why the hate on Apple? They are trying to sell their under-spec'd iOS v. 7 up against a superior Android v. 4.4. Horses for courses. If someone wants an iToy, good on them. But I can't say I am surprised that the grey edition iToy is the top seller. Look at cars. How many gold cars do you see on the road?

These iToys have an A7 under the hood and can kick most Android flagship where it counts -- web surfing, more people use the smart phone for web surfing than any other activity.

(Yawns) When you have a 5 inch screen on your iToy, maybe you will be able to hold forth about how everyone uses the iToy for web surfing. Most people I see using an iToy are using it for iMessage or e-mail traffic. You know - the one-handed thang. I have also observed the iToy being used to update Facebook and Twitter. Haven't seen as much web surfing, though.

You mean after Nokia saw Apple's iMacs and iPods in different colors.
