Space Shooter X is one of the latest arcade space shooters to land on the Windows Phone Store. It is a classic example of a sci-fi shoot-'em-up title, a genre that was invented by Space Invaders, the classic 1978 game. I wonder if people notice all of these games coming to WP everyday....
Lights should start coming on in some people's head at some point...

What's holding me from switching over or atleast owning a WP device is Google's play store, services and their first party apps and a good notification centre. I tried out Nokia Lumia 525 recently. It was good, fast and a great experience but for the above. And about the Nokia Lumia 1020, "Bouy! Oh Bouy. No words. That. badass camera." (I have a 808 pureview)
I will probably try the OS again after the WP 8.1 update.

A premium camera isn't worth giving up what you want.. If you're that into Google services then a WP device will not suite your needs anytime soon... But, if you do try out a WP device, and are open minded to using MS services, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised......

I use WP everyday... It's more than enough Smartphone for the average user, and then some.. But, 8.1 will bring some features, like separate volume controls, that are annoying if missing...
Just keep in mind that the 1020, and 1520 are definitely getting 8.1, and supposedly all Lumia devices are capable of the update... So, the Icon is OK to buy now..
