The more traditional of Sony's two tablets, the Tablet S, is being launched this weekend via Home Shopping Network; HSN is asking $599.99 for the 16GB tablet, $100 more than what Sony was pricing the device at for pre-orders...

Not a lot of difference in term of "when will you receive it", so why pay the extra Benjamin to these jokers?

But how much does Sony charge if you click the little "Finance With Us" button when you purchase so you can spread the payments out? Not 499 anymore. HSN also includes extra programs along with their version, like QuickOffice Pro and free ebooks that don't come with the Sony model.
