Sony releases SDK for Xperia X1
The release date may be wavering (October, December, January, October) but at least when it comes out there will (presumably) be cool applications for it. Sony Ericsson has loosed the SDK for its upcoming Xperia X1 into the adoring hands of developers. Of course the xPeria runs Windows Mobile 6.1, for which there is already an SDK and a plethora of applications, but Sony's SDK will allow users to tap into their panel interface that sits atop WM. Those brave enough to watch a video of perhaps the most boring person alive can do so here.
