First one to promise ICS, will be the last one to deliver. Here I am, waiting with my Ray for over six months while my SII had it since two months. Latest report suggests Ray, Neo V and Arc S will get it by mid April, while others have to wait longer.

If your SII had it 2 months ago, then it ain't the official one, but rather a leaked one

ICS builds (basically near final but without Gapps, BT and WiFi) for the Ray was outed well over a month ago by Sony Mobile and can be flashed onto the Ray with BT, WiFi and Gapps flashed over in recovery

Data is working as well, and they have a more power efficient kernel up and running for the Ray that also supports overclocking

My Ray is running ICS Build 4.1.c.0.7 from Sony with an overclock at 1.4GHz, full market access, 2G/3G fully functioning, face unlock in place and whatnot with better power efficiency with any of the stock GB builds, everything's stable and GPU rendering is a go

Others have their arc S running at the same stage, same goes for the NeoV already, and given the Beta of the Xperia Play, folks also already have their Play up and running without the WiFi, BT and Gapps cripple

All the Xperias running ICS now have root access as well
