Starting in next week, Japanese manufacturer Sony will sell its Sony Xperia E dual, with dual SIM card capability and a feature that lets you select which card to use at certain times of the day, for $199 unlocked; the device will be sold in two colors, champagne or black; if you pre-order directly from Sony now, you can have your phone shipped to you next week for free...

I would happily throw down $200 to try this out. I said the same thing about the idea of a low-end Apple iPhone variant suggested to be in the pipeline, and I mean it. If a nice phone with fairly recent software, half-decent specs, looking likely to work well, and a less-than-4" touch screen appears for $200, I'm in on the idea.
