This XDA Developers member, for example, took a leaked launcher from a Sony Xperia Z and made it compatible with several Samsung high-end smartphones...

Touchwiz got owned by third party lauchers a long time ago. Never heard of Nova or Apex? Guess WP8 does not have lauchers so I can understand where your coming from.

Don't get me wrong, the Xperia Z is a great phone but The Galaxy S 4 will crush it.

yeah. I'm sure the Sony is going to have a better flagship when the Galaxy S4 comes out

This is only for Touchwiz based ROMs. I (ahem) have been running a Jellybean based ROM with Apex, Nova and ADW Launchers for the past few months and wouldnt need anything like this.. :P
