Sony has teased us for months with its tablets, first with videos and then showing some more of their specs, and now it has put the last piece in its tablet puzzle - pricing and availability...

For the last 10 years Sony has lost their edge. They stand on their name recognition and produce over priced, under featured junk. Not likely to make any impact. I expect their tablet offerings to have the smae level of success as HP did.

tablet p is a great idea but not $865 worth of great idea more ideal would be $400 to $550

I'm just glad to see ATT finally deployed their LTE network. atrain is right, a $500 price tag would have this thing selling like hotcakes. Sony always had good products but always did somehthing wrong to mess them up. High priced X1, no real upgrade for X2, late release for X10, no availability for the arc (and dual core for the arc s would have been nice)
