The Sony Ericsson Satio with its 12.1MP camera, Xenon flash, 3.5 inch touchscreen and powered by the S60 5th edition OS, got thumbs up on its first round of FCC testing...

What these cellphone companies need to understand is that without a large sensor size and good optics, this megapixel race is just going to create pictures with noise.

Very true. However, many previews for the camera quality of this phone is positive. Many have stated that it can easily replace a mid-range digital point and shoot camera. Until altek's or samsung's optical zoom camera phone is released, the Satio is gonna have the best picture quality, probably even more so than the Pixon12.

did you see the bulge that this phone has? I am sure it has a large enough sensor.
