Stop with he Eco-Friendly bull... It is a phone. It has plastic and metal components. Metal is a natural resource and plastic is man-made. Plastic pollutes. Refining metal pollutes. Cows' burps pollute. Cars pollute... it is what it is. Stop with this ridiculous conforming to politics and just make phones. You think just because it is Eco-Friendly it costs less to make? Hell No!! It is like California Emissions Standards... Their Emissions Standards are so high, that the fuel itself is more expensive for the consumer... but what the hell, it is saving the rain forests, right?! Good for them on cutting down on paper usage, but CDs are plastic, and they pollute too... you see where I'm getting at? No matter what people do, it will pollute. Most of the CO2 Footprint saved on these devices came from less packing (something HP and many other companies are now on board with and exploring, which I think is just common sense anyway from a business standpoint... less packing materials = less cost) I am not out to kill the planet or crap like that, but be reasonable... Yes it is good to cut back, but not at a ridiculous cost to the consumer (granted pricing was not mentioned... wonder why?)... it is a damn cell phone. Besides, the hippies who would buy an Eco-Friendly device just because it saves the planet is surely not going to buy a cell phone in the first place... why? Because it causes cancer, will give them a brain tumor and will cause Global Warming, melt the ice caps and the seas will raise and flood the earth and kill everyone... and on and on and on.... Damn it!!!!
