The Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc was already massively-leaked, but it's only now that we're getting our chance to see the phone become official...

Why would ya buy this? SE should give the android game away. Zero support beyond the base FW (classic example is my wife's X10 mini - still sitting on Android 1.6 in Australia, while a few lucky areas in Europe are on 2.1)

Wouldn't touch it with a 40 ft pole IMO....

the lg optimus black is the slimmest and lightest phone so this one is obviously huge :O don't let it trick you with its arc taha :D

The optimus black is .36 inch and lighter while this is .34 in. I would take optimus black over this anyway tho

This phone doesnt look like it is going to be right for some people until they get a hands on experience, you'll never know if you like it or not so don't knock it til you try it.

I don't know. But I am doubtful about SE touchscreen phones lately. It looks sleek though.

Sony Ericsson does have a creativity to make a fool of its customers. First of all after so many delays and longer time No official support for 2.2 Froyo for Xperia X10...

Ok we get it Sony .. its because of Hardware limitations.. Fine !!!

But what about Xperia Arc ???

It is Multi-Touch screen but still your
web specification says Pan & Zoom instead of Pinch & Zoom.

Enough I'm Going for HTC because in India Desire HD & Desire Z, HTC 7 HD & Mozart have officially launched.

Good Bye Sony.
