Baloney, pal.

I've heard that song and dance with the x10. All those promises were nothing more than hot air.

Se make decent phones. Not great phones. They will more than likely only offer one update to the new line, as they did under "lifetime support" for the x10.

Don't trust these words from SE. My X10 is still under warranty yet poor support and stuck with 2.1 ! They are so poor in support that they can't port the arc software to X10 although the hardware is very much similar. Some users sill stuck with 1.6

Check XDA-Developers or search for a custom ROM online for your X10.

I certainly hope there will be no exclusivity to the xPlay. There should NEVER be ANY exclusivity to ANY device. I wait for a world where ANY device will work with ANY carrier. Period. That structure creates competition and is ALWAYS better for the consumer in the long run.

they customized the Android skin well but turned out to be so laggy.
Htc sense and touch wiz handled it well.
