Yup because their users aren't very smart. ZING!

Before someone starts shedding tears, it was a joke.

This is something that seems redundant, and it feels so much like another feature that I can't put my finger on.

Why is it redundant ? Shall I put an i on it so you can say how awesome it is?

Redundant? Please enlighten the rest of us so we all can be on the same page as you.

The only thing I find is why on earth isn't this a basic function of OS to begin with? Well at least Motorola is making it part of their blur so it should run like part of the OS without eating up clock cycles like apps do.

I got your joke too, funny thing is Android phones are built for the smarter folk hence why many people who aren't too intuitive complain about it being confusing. iPhone now that is a phone for people who aren't smart... from it's overpriced, slight upgrade each year for more money...can't say the throngs that buy each and every version aren't very smart..can you?!?
