Skype now available for Android & Java-enabled phones
It's quite interesting to see that Skype is making an effort to expand its market share by offering its software for Android and Java-enabled phones. People are always trying to cut corners by finding the most inexpensive ways to reduce fees and save minutes. Until now you had to have a smart phone using one of the specified operating systems, but from now on Skype is available to more phones. The availability of the software will help those in need of making expensive international phone calls. All you need is one of the devices recently listed on their site to reap the benefits of low cost phone calls. You even have an option to either go with a subscription or Pay As You Go. Surprisingly though, you don't need a Wi-Fi or 3G connection to use the service. So head on over to the site and download the lite beta version now.
