Skype for Windows Phone coming soon

Microsoft closed the Skype purchase back in October, but there is still no Skype app for Windows Phone, but the Skype team has said that they are working on the video calling app for WP and it will be out soon...

google cant buy everything they feel like… they already have gtalk etc… this significantly boosts Microsoft's internet presence and allows them to have a standout feature on many of their products

MS owns Skype...if he didn't his @$$ would be in a sling.

That I can't download Skype in my WP7 is puzzling to me so I'm glad I can now soon do. Not that it matters much since I use Tango.

Skype will take time to come out. Perhaps on Apollo update. As this is not a standalone app. It is an integration in WP OS Itself.

i always wondered why they didn't release an app earlier. wth is going on when ms owns skype and they never bothered to make a timely release, granted 1st gen phones were lacking font cameras
