Sidekick III strategy revealed

A picture, revealing T-Mobile's plans for Sidekick III, was published. The picture shows that firstly they plan to launch a music-centered Sidekick III in April, next year. This will be followed by a second version with support for UMA (Unlicensed Mobile Access technology, which enables seamless roaming between GSM cellular and WiFi networks) in September of 2006. A month later T-Mobile plans to introduce Sidekick III limited editions. The next Sidekick, called Sidekick NG – a kind of RAZR/Sidekick/Video Player, is set to come in June of 2007.
