On Saturday, we showed you a leaked picture of some wallpaper expected to be available on the HTC M8
. That is the code name for the sequel to the HTC One
, which at various times has gone by the names HTC One 2
and the HTC One+. If there was anything we learned from the leak, it is that the screen on the device will probably have a resolution of 1080 x 1920. That is based on the 2160 x 1920 pixels of the original picture, which is the exact resolution used for scrolling wallpaper designed for Android screens with an FHD resolution. It also dovetails with a User Agent profile we passed along to you earlier this month
, revealing the 1080 x 1920 resolution on the phone's 5 inch glass.
Sunday morning, evleaks, who was responsible for the first leak, tweeted another picture showing what appears to be a second wallpaper option for the HTC M8. Once again, it looks like HTC is working with pastels in designing the handset's wallpaper choices. The 2160 x 1920 resolution is seen with this image as well, also found on Google Docs.
We could see the phone unveiled at MWC next month, with a possible launch the following month.
