I have been seeing this on my HTC Incredible S Android too. So this isn't purely for ios.

To take a screenshot on the iOS is pretty easy, just the power and home button together. Then find it in the camera roll .

I still haven't gotten this on my handset. I'm using a Sprint HTC Hero.

I did get the Places update. Still want those new tabs from the pictures though.
