Back a couple of weeks ago, we were made aware that Samsung was going to hold an event in New York City where they planned on unveiling some Android phones – specifically the Samsung Galaxy S and some of its variants. In the latest invitation sent out for the event, it's quite clear that the Galaxy S will be the headliner at the event, but it goes on to say that Samsung unveil “a new class of brilliant Android smart phones.” Naturally Samsung Mobile President J.K Shin will be on hand for the festivities where we may see devices like the recently official Samsung Captivate for AT&T and rumored 4G enabled Samsung Galaxy S Pro for Sprint.
