Samsung unveils an ultra-slim clamshell cellphone - SPH-V7400

Samsung Electronics has unveiled an ultra-thin mobile phone - SPH-V7400. The new device has a clamshell form factor and is just 17.6 mm thick. The Samsung SPH-V7400 is a CDMA handset with the following main features:

• 262k color OVGA TFT display
• Bluetooth
• EV-DO high-speed data
• 1.3 megapixel camera with flash
• 104 MB internal memory
• T-flash memory expansion slot
• Infrared port
