I guess I could see how someone could mistake jealousy for annoyance. Imagine if someone walked around shouting out nonstop "Yay, I'm the greatest. I make everything possible, yay!" It'd make me wanna give them a high five...to the face. That's what I think of most fanboys. Each of these OSs have good points and bad, and are good for some people and not for others. Each technological advancement one comes up with drives the others to up their game. So rather than root for one to get a stranglehold on the industry, how about root for the competition to stay intense which means faster innovation which benefits us, the buying public.

Good point made earlier. Apple first said the color was champagne not gold. I can see why, not too many guys want to carry around a champagne phone.

Oh the iphanz are just mad cause cause Apple screwed up the OS again, and again they're stuck with the same looking candybar design (how many years now?) so gold color is all they got to live up to for now.

So the highly salted iphanz sores have to blame Samsung again for taking their one and only luster.... but wait for it....wait for it.......AH HA!! again, Apple wasn't the first to do it!!! (ºoº)

Apple didn't patent a gold handset so how is it copying???? ITS JUST A COLOR, and not a good color either, its more like pastel gold, ya know like carebears or something with the circle and a fruit in the middle of a pastel phone. So suck it up buttercups

Personally the color options for the NEW iphones suck anyways except black or white.

Lol, an OEM releases a gold colored phone and it has to be copying. I've heard it all now. Gold phones aren't new, but now that Apple has made one no one else is allowed to make one or else they are copiers. I would say that logic fails but can't because there is no logic to that thought process. Anyone who knows anything about Samsung can tell you they are color junkies, and not all of them good, but none the less, they cover all the bases with the color spectrum. Samsung has made gold colored phones before and no one had a problem, but they roll out another gold phone and some people lose their minds. It's another iteration of what they've been doing for years, nothing new here. And unless it slipped by quietly, I don't think there's a patent on the color gold.

If you're an iFan and this seriously bothers you, I'd advise you get over it. Not only is Samsung's butt ugly, but it doesn't diminish your gold iPhone in any way. If anything, it makes it look better because Apple has done a better job than SS did with their current iterations of gold phones.

ok, so who's copying who?
apple was basically the last smartphone to use 4g/4g lte
only smartphone not to have a screen size bigger than 4inch (they will make bigger)
last big player to make any tablet other than a 10 inch
the only big player still using 512mb/1gig ram (most high end android now have atleast 2gb, latest note 3 with 3gigs)...
apple not the first to make smartphones in different color (nokia and others where the first)
i can go on with the list, but you get the picture.

as for the 64bit processor...apple only uses 1gb of ram in their 64bit iphone...samsung has 3gb of ram, which means samsungs smartphones was closer to using 64bit legitamitely...apple did it just so they can brag they were the first....but then again,, its funny that a 1gb ram smartphone using a 64bit processor, and even funnier when its samsung that manufactured and supplied the chip, HAHAHA!!!

Paps, thing is... Samsung should've 'released' this very version around the time S4 first hit the shelves, or rather, get ready with it. Doesn't matter which type of gold device was released by whom in the past. But right now, Samsung is feeling the heat, and not to flame you up but they deserve it...and i don't blame people supporting Apple here. If they wanted a device to be Gold now, i think Note 3 should take the crown in my opinion.

The way I see it, was there an gold S3 (in U.S)? No. So why now, after almost seven months the sudden interest in releasing a gold S4? In all honesty its b/c of Apple. I think that's what the apple fanboys are referring to when they say "Samsung copied".

for all the ifans that continue to say that samsung is copying apples gold colored iphone...here is a link with info that samsung has done gold phones before

also remember, when apples 12 inch or bigger tablet comes out, samsung already has a 12 inch tablet out since earlier this year...so what if its a hybrid tablet/laptop...its no different from a tablet having a keyboard dock...they both turn into laptop.

also remember, toshiba came out with a 13 inch android tablet over a year ago...so please ifans, apple will not be the first to do a tablet larger than 10...matter of fact, apple were the last to make a tablet any size other than their ipad line...amd the last to go bigger than a 3 inch screen smartphone...they were also the last to get into the 3g/4g lte network

i can go on with what apple has been last to do, but im sure ifans dont wanna hear/know/see the truth...that is so amazingly utterly ridiculous!!! HAHAHA
