I disagree. The fact that we all know about the bet between remix and taco speaks volumes to his popularity, however negative it always was. Boring, however, is not the right term. Can't think of a single comment he ever posted that didn't have 48 replies. I'd say he's the furthest thing from boring on this entire site...

I certainly won't miss the persistent "Android is an Apple knockoff" or "everything Android lags" speech. Gallito will have to pick up the slack for his fallen comrade

Lol...Apple has only 1 phone....samsung is doing well though....

Just saying...I didn't like the idea of scloud...iCloud=sCloud
I mean Apple didn't invented cloud but why samsung would choose this kind of name which is similar to Apple?

who says apple has only one phone on the market?
there are three - 3gs, 4 & 4s and if i remember right 3gs is free on contract. I bet 3gs accounts for atleast 30% of sales.

You are right. Samsung copy apple whenever possible. But they do not like if some one pointed out that. I think we all know they made a remote for their TV almost similar to iPhone. And they make fun of Apple and their fans but when Nokia start the campaign "Blown Away by Lumia" samsung started crying by saying it is unethical. What they are doing in Australia is ethical?

Getting off the topic of he who shalt not be named, I'm not sure what's more shocking; Samsung and Apple's year over year numbers, or Nokia's?

I mean, what a drop off...

nokia's numbers are not suprising. they are basically starting over from the beginning. "nokia" from the past is gone.. and for now, so are their sales numbers. they will grow back though.

I hope Nokia return to top again because I just don't feel Samsung to be a top smartphone manufacturer (No offense S fans)

Why don't you feel like Samsung should be number one? They make top notched products and have really strived in the mobile handset and tablet markets. Not to mention that they make a lot of other electronical products like PCs, hardware, and home electronics. I believe that they have earned this top spot through smart marketing and premium products. Samsung has really reinvented their image into a global competitor and leader in the electronics business. Samsung has much more experience than Nokia has. Nokia is, albeit a really good phone company, but has recently failed to assess right marketing strategies, and this is what happens to them. You reap what you sow; and in Nokia's case they put out a dead OS(Symbian), and look what they got, a plummeting market share and their name diminished from it's former glory. I really don't understand how you don't feel that Samsung should be on top after all that they've done.

only symbian is helping nokia to survive.wp is helping to fail.nokia's attitude has made them reached this position.samsung has proved that nothing is impossible, whether u copy or not.because fanboys cries if they dislike.everything is fair in business, everyone copies each other to achieve their goals.so not necessary to target a specific brand.nokia wake up and tie ur knot with another os most likely android.

They did experiment with Android, but Stephen Elop, who before was working with Microsoft before moving to Nokia, went toward the approach of WP7. WP7 is not bad, it has potential and hopefully we'll see it with the upcoming WP8 Apollo release. Nokia has really boosted the sales of WP7 and now WP7 rules majority market share in Finland(Nokia's home country). Symbian is dead and should of been terminated a long time ago, if only Nokia had promoted Symbian more into U.S markets. I think there's already too much manufacturers for Android it's nice to see a company exclusive for WP7. I would've gotten the Lumia 900, if I didn't have this gorgeous Galaxy Note.

Okay, well then. It's been a fun game, Taco. Thanks for playing.

Now, lemme guess, it's time for the cop out? I'll be secretly glad. Making fun of you and destroying your weaksauce bulls**t has been a source of nearly unparalleled entertainment.

Sex is still better, however.
