Samsung is not giving up on Symbian

Three days ago we reported that Samsung had announced own, open source operating system named "bada". Just a bit later unofficial information appeared saying the manufacturer was planning to part ways with Symbian by 2011.

Earlier today Samsung denied the rumor, stated nothing was further from the truth and they were by no means planning to give up cranking out Symbian-based handsets. The company also emphasized they would continue to follow the policy of offering what customers need.
