I'm surprised that Samsung isn't going for a prior art arguement for the unified search and Siri patents. Considering Siri was an app available for ALL iPhone models before the 4S (when Apple purchased it, put their own name on it, and took it off the market for all but the 4S). Apple didn't aquire Siri until 2010, and two years before that, Vlingo had released their products for multiple platforms WELL before Apple had filed for and recieved the patents for Siri.

Fun little fact, Siri was originally going to have a multi-platform release until Apple purchased the company.
