If there z no apple then u won't c a capacitive touch screens, if there is no apple no high quality games on your mobile. Most importantly if there was no apple then no android .. Razor looked out over the battlefield. Apel’s forces outnumbered the Alliance’s; the white shrouded, mindless drones swarmed over the ground followed by their Shuffle tanks and a few mountainous Nightmare mobile forts. As he stared at the unfolding battle grimly, Razor brought a black-lined hand up to his ear. Speaking into the microphone embedded in his thumb, he growled “We’ve got ‘em right where we want ‘em, ladies. Come on down and join the fun.”
Captivate, the Galaxy Squad leader, called back. “You got it, Major. Girls, let’s light their asses UP!” A raucous cheer came from the other squad members as they fired the LTE boosters on their Galaxy S fighter-bombers and rocketed through the atmosphere to the planet below. Lining up for a strafing run on the Apel lines, the sleek yet powerful fighters opened up. Their auto rail guns fired bursts of 100 tungsten rounds a minute, the velocity unmatched by any other round fired from a weapon. The energy released on impact matched several tons of TNT, the rounds slamming all over the Apel forces. Entire companies were vaporized in the attack. Tanks burst open like crushed peanuts. The Nightmares were peppered and turned into ruined hulks.
Razor stood from his crouch, nodding his head in satisfaction at the devastation. His black eyes narrowed as his augmented vision added up the remaining enemy forces. A black lined bicep flexed as he reached over his head and unslinged his sniper rifle. He spoke into his hand again.
“Let’s hear it for the Galaxy Squad!” The cheers from below answered him. “Now let’s mop ‘em up, ladies and gentlemen!” With that he jumped on his hoverbike, revving the engine and dropping off the cliff to the battlefield, swiftly riding to the front of the line and leading the charge, his command of armored soldiers rushing the decimated Apel lines. The sound of their battle cries and firing weapons echoed over the rolling hills and the cliff behind them, drowning out the terrified cries of the drones as they were torn to pieces...

Not likely. These are patents which have not yet been declared standards essential. Samsung and HTC could both take big bites out of Apple with this one.

they dont have "all patents", but they are one of the worlds biggest LTE patent holders.
Apple just bought a ton of small companies and patent portfolios to be like #4 or #5 in the LTE patent world.. last year they had zero.

I love how with the way the patent system works, Apple can just go out and buy up patents for a technology they haven't had/wanted until it became big. Now they can buy patents from other people, and use it against a company that actually invented some of the tech.
