Last night, Judge Koh denied Samsung's request for a stay on the Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 injunction and tonight it is the injunction on the Samsung GALAXY Nexus that Judge Koh upheld by denying Samsung a stay...

apple is loseing the competion to android just looked at the charts and apple not doing to great and i going to keep going down if they keep going on this pantent spree of banning all competition most samsung apple should try to thrive right now not wast a bunch of money to try to get money its all about the consumer like i said if u make them mad sales go down make them happy with new software and hardware sales go up so apple just stop make a deal with them and think rational so u dont lose sales samsung try to do better and thrive even more and dont break patents yes they shouldnt have been there in the first place but just make sure you arnt breaking patents any more or you will start to lose sales also.

also apple your hardware specs on the iphone 4s are pretty bad i hope you take it up a notch a the nexus is a great phone with great specs try to start being more rational start care about the consumer and in return sales will go up just like with samsung they thrive to make the consumer happy and they are they your competition you dont ban there phones you just make better ones to be honest this is just pointless spending just do better samsung is and they have great phones like the galaxy s3 im hope. i hope im not troling just trying to be rational

yeah your right but the thing is if apple can make it's device run smooth and fast with that amount of ram then they don't need a hardware bump. 4g is what they really need to put in on their next device

Its been like that since 2009 tho. Someone posted a clip of the Droid 1 commercial that showed it.
Voice search, dont know....but Google Search has been like that. And what about Google Desktop? Cant Google argue and say its an evolution of that? That was out long before Siri.

Everyone that makes hardware for apple but also makes hardware for their own windows/android phones should just stop producing for apple. maybe when it started getting tough and expensive to build iphones they'll come around.
you know, like a display or camera sensor embargo or something.

MIcrosoft owns 35% of Apple, MS is Apples largest share holder... guess what... they make money of iDevice sold and 10 dollars out of every Android sold... That's how you do business Grandfather style, get paid by all the big players but never have to lift a finger or get blamed. Apple steal from everyone, hell they are still sour Apples after Bill Gates pawned Steve Jobs like a little girl but hey ofcourse Apple can complain, after what Apple did to Xerox it is only logical for them to think they had dibs at ripping companies off. I read somewhere (maybe on a previous post) that Steve Jobs may have meant he was going to destroy Android by putting untouchable technology to kick ass and not this ridiculous constant lawsuit, hell who know I would preferred to think that's what he meant cause it would have made them at least more honorable but apparently the new regime took things down a different path. I am liking Apple less and less, anyways I don't feel like paying for constant outdated technology and for a silver emblem that means nothing to me.

US legal system officially help apple to monopoly mobile industries in US. Consumer no longer have the right to choice which product they like. BTW those apple patents are not rocket science, shouldn't be patent.
For example a car company go patent remote to unlock car. Others car company need to use key to unlock car. Comeon la pls ..... it dont make sense.....
