Samsung announces world thinnest phone

After the RAZR launched and immediately turned into best-seller, the market of slim-phones has grown immensely and there are lots of devices, pretending to be slim-lined. Samsung launched a few “RAZR-killer” devices, including the P300 card-sized GSM and the A900 Blade at the width of 0.4 and 0.6 inches. Taiwanese VKMobile showed the VK2010 and VK2020 that pack nice features in 0.35 in. profile. But Samsung now beats them all with the SGH-X820, which is only 0.27 inches (6.9mm) slim. The tri-band GSM also packs MP3 player, Bluetooth, and 2-megapixel camera. It is expected to launch in Europe in June, unfortunately still there is no info on it coming to the US.
