Samsung U470 and U900 for Verizon

Our anonymous source provided us with spy photos of two Samsung phones, targeted to Verizon Wireless. These are the Samsung SCH-U470 and the Samsung SCH-U900. The U470 is a narrow music-phone, which we first showed a couple of days ago. The U900 is another phone we've shown in earlier spy photos. It is 3-megapixel cameraphone, coming as the successor of the A990.

So the U900 won't be available until December most likely? Why so long from FCC to the brick and mortar stores?
