Yawn. Why would someone buy this crap when you can get the HTC EVO Design with 1.2gHz and 960x540qHD for $99? You know it will never see ICS becuase Samsung doesn't like to update and HTC does. Where is the Galaxy Nexus?

Edit: also 4" screen, 1.3mp front cam, 5mp rear. Its 49.00 for new conracts and 79.00 for upgrades on wirefly.com!

WHy would someone buy the EVO Design with its single core processor and 4" screen? It's a budget EVO.

Galaxy Nexus FTW.

its got a keyboard and its supposedly faster than the epic. i am unsure why the epic is simply being sold for free?

I doubt it is faster than the Epic, it's probably on par with it however. The Epic has a 4 inch super amoled display and a better 5 row keyboard, plus it is a 4G device. However it is still over a year old and they are probably going to discontinue it soon.

I agree this phone is no way faster than the Epic. Maybe on par at best, but the Epic is 4G with a bigger screen so I really believe its a downgrade. The HTC EVO Design is a upgrade if you can live without a keyboard.

79.99 after $50 rebate on sprint.com. The Evo Design is better but not if you want a qwerty keyboard.
