Samsung SGH-C417 - entry level clamshell for Cingular

The brand new SGH-C417 by Samsung is an entry-level clamshell device that is to be launched with Cingular. The handset is similar to the D407, currently available with the major US carrier, and it is a quad-band GSM phone with stub antenna and 128x160 internal display and greyscale external one. There's also support for JAVA and Bluetooth 2.0. The exact launch date is still unknown but we expect it won't be long, as the C417 has already received FCC approval.
