its not desinged as a phone, but as a cross between a pda and a netbook... its bigger than a pda, and not as powerful as a netbook... i wouldnt be surprised if it came with a car mount...

it would be windows mobile 5.0, have 1/4 of the ram, and a slower processor if it was on vzw.... but great voice coverage if it made calls.... =-)
