Samsung Memoir to be delayed until March?

We recently wrote about the official announcement that T-Mobile will be adding the Samsung Memoir to its line-up. To reiterate, this device will feature an 8MP camera with a Xenon flash and a 16x digital zoom. Some sources are reporting that those drooling for this handset will have to be a little more patient as unofficially, the release date has been dropped back from February 25th to early March. Again, this is merely speculation. As we reported earlier, the Memoir will cost you $299.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a new two year contract.
