The first time that Sprint tried to serve Froyo to Samsung Intercept owners, it left many of the handsets in a coma; now Sprint is trying again and some who have received the upgrade are extremely pleased with the results...

why are you telling them to call sprint? We wont know when the customer will get the upgrade, they are pushed automatically in waves, they should get it by this weekend.

I called Sprint and they were arguing with me that the phone was upgraded. I swore to them that it was not upgraded. It is sad that outsiders know more than the salespeople and phone support at these companies.

"It is sad that outsiders know more than the salespeople and phone support at these companies."
Correction: It is sad that outsiders know more than SOME salespeople and phone support at these companies.
Notice the SOME in that?

People were posting all kinds of issues with Android 2.1 on Sprint Samsung Intercept. However, after Froyo (Android 2.2) upgrade there are no comments/compliants. I am looking for any kind of feedback from people who are using Sprint Samsung Intercept with Froyo. Could people please post something?
