Samsung Instinct S30 appears in Best Buy circular for $49.99
We told you a couple of weeks ago that it appeared that April 19th would be the day that the Samsung Instinct S30 would be launched by Sprint at a contract price of $129.99. A circular from Best Buy Mobile undercuts Sprint on price by a fairly large sum. The Big Box retailer is expected to offer the "mini-me" version of the device for a contract price of $49.99 which is a big $80 difference. In the fine print, it is noted that Best Buy's non-sale price for the phone is $599.99. This is all Economics 101 as more competition for your cellular dollar brings lower prices.

Not a bad price for a refresh model.

I don't see how Sprint is gonna sell these for $129.99 the same price as the original since it is missing almost $100 in accessories and Rev 0 vs. Rev A. $49.99 to $79.99 is a much better price.

Not a bad price for an alternate to big brother. Its nice to offer a lower version of the handset at a lower price. Times are tough and I think this is a good move to help people who may not be able to afford a $200 upgrade phone.
