This is my third verizon phone and this one is the truly the best one I've ever owned. Great value with fantastic quality! I am a man but still like the purple color it is just Gorgeous!

This phone started off awesome but the phone has insane software glitches. I freezes constantly and shuts itself off. I am on my third one now and its not great either. I swear the battery is out more than in because it is always frozen. It erases pictures and contacts on a whim. I loved this phone with all of the awesome features and sleek style but when I have gone threw three in 2.5 months something is definately wrong.

i love this phone and it had really good quality until i dropped it in the toilet.................twice
