I agree. There is no point making comparison 12.2 tablets with 10 inches ipad since Samsung already has 2 brand new 10 inch tablets(note 2014, tab pro).
I know the reason why i-phonearena doesn't make comparison among 7-8 inches tablets because ipad mini retina has lower specs than tab pro 8.4 in every aspects.

deeplblack, it's common knowledge that the A7 is the industry leading 64-bit processor in the tablet space.
I understand in your eyes, it isn't go enough against the current snapdragons.

Yup, those lower specs are causing people to avoid the iPad Mini .... NOT!
You can't compare the iPad Mini to the Nexus 7 because the iPad Mini has about a 30% LARGER display area and despite the larger display, the Mini also outlast the Nexus 7 in high-drainage battery tests.
Here is the sad truth: people aren't buying Samung tablets like the Apple tablets. You look at the customer satisfaction numbers, the independent reviews, etc. and those "supposedly better specs" at Samsung aren't showing up in a convinving manner in these independent reviews.
Customer satisfaction IS THE MOST IMPORTANT spec.

Samsungs new UI is clearly based off Microsoft Tiles based OS, this magazine UI is Tiled based.
