Samsung has announced the launch dates for the sequel models of two of its popular tablets; the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) will be coming to market in the U.S. on April 22nd while it larger brother, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) will launch on May 13th...

Gonna be honest here... This thing is pointless. almost identical to the OG galaxy tab and some worse specs than the Galaxy tab Plus. The only thing tempting is the price. Samsung needs to do something else with it tablets.

There is very little point to this tablet...I'm sure their costs have dropped, and the hardware, as you said, is near identical. They could have dropped to price even further than their worthless $50 to boost sales rather than ask for a high margin.
